When I was looking around in a corpus, I noticed Mallier was often a last name. As far as I can tell, it would be very weird to have it followed by "aller" though.
nablator, good hint.
What if a macron makes the "tz" look like a "g" on 116?
The macron is drawn in the letters.

"Goes" would be "va". Infinitive doesn't fit well.

A macron should be above the letters...
@nablator
You're right, I'm also confused by the length of the line.
However.
Here I would rate the Macron as "n" (en). In the case of "kurz" short
"kuez'n" german a "kurzen" short one
I was re-reading this thread, and made two observations.

Firstly, the situation here seems to be much like in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. - part of the line is in Voynichese. In f116v, the beginning is in Voynichese. Here in f17r, the ending is in Voynichese. Looks like the author encrypts the most important piece of information.

I do not know how this degree of detalisation was achieved, but if we trust the images posted by JKP above, then the first vord looks to me as oteeeor or possibly oteeeos.

If it is oteeeos, then such vord has, beside this one, one occurrence only, that in f105r, where it is followed by aiin.

If it is oteeeor, then such vord also has a single occurrence, that is in the chart of f68r2. In other words, it is a nightside Voynich star.

The second vord looks something like aim - which is visually quite close to aiin. Mind that this visual rendering is far from certain, so there's good chance that the phrase is really the same as in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. - oteeeos aiin.

Interestingly, the only other place where the phrase from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. aror sheey occurs is f104r, - that is, the Recipe section as well.

Secondly, I'm still musing about the word following he*, and it occurred to me that the last letter of it may be a faded out g. This will comprise a potential reading of "vullmunig", while Idiotikon gives mün[n]ig as a form of mönnig, a word cognate to the month and the Moon. In this view, I suppose that vullmunig may have the meaning of "full moon", though which part of speech, I cannot tell.
@ Anton
You are thinking of the word 17r, 4th word where it looks like "vull....".
I've gone through a lot of possibilities, but haven't really got a result.
What is interesting is that the German words are followed by something VM-like. (Didn't know that before, and didn't let it sink in).
Did they really do something like that to make a fake look even more realistic ?
I think it all has its justification.
I think it is a leap from one way of thinking to another.

Yes, exactly, but it's 5th word rather :-)
Ok, yes that's right. 5
Perhaps a discussion round should be introduced at the weekend.
For me, a good conversation takes place when it can also be held on different topics.
Some arguments do not allow for any other solution.
And opening a new category every time makes the whole thing rather confusing.
Example:
Friday the 13th discussion group
You can talk about everything, but it will be deleted afterwards. If you weren't there, it's your own fault.
Or just put it in the archive.
Good insights are put in their place later.
Old insights are certainly good, but they are old.

Or perhaps it would be better to talk about.....
VM according to von Däniken and pre-astronautics. They are among us.
