i am new here My Name is Ed i have been doing reasearch on the voynich for quite some time. there are many secrets to the voynich manuscript including multipul people involed in writing the manuscript. Three of these people are Jacobus Horcicky, Tycho Brahe, and Johames Kelpler. as of yet i have not fully decoded the Voynich Manuscript i Know enough to confidently say i have parcially decoded the voynich and know How It Works. i beleave there are 2 more people involved in creating the script. i have also created a alphabet that i have copywrited. if anyone can give any guidence regarding how i safley get this information out so people can see my findings. as you can probably gather i dont want anyone else getting recognition for my findings. as you can imagine decoding the voynich took a lot of effort. all advice is apreaciated. -

Which journals are you thinking of? History, cryptology, linguistics? -

personally think folowing other peoples work regarding the voynich manuscript is pointless. i respect the effort they have put into trying to decode the voynich. nobody so far has been able to decode the manuscript. when i first found out about the manuscript i wanted to decode it by my own methods rather than following somebody elses work. i think lisa fagin Davis is correct saying there were more than one author who wrote the manuscript. wheather you beleave me or not. i can confirm/prove there were definatly 3 i also i beleave there is another 2 people involved in writing the script. i also beleave that some of the drawings/Not All were added later by wilfrid Voynich{There is a reason i beleave this} -

In your case, 5 parts already say, ‘I'm in the wrong place’, and you haven't even written much yet.
Remember that. The research area for the Voynich manuscript is like a sandpit in a children's playground. It's full of cats and dog poo. So bring your sieve.
Otherwise it's better to keep your findings to yourself. And that's meant as good advice. -

If I found the solution myself, or made a significant discovery, I would feel very confident to email the evidence to some of the "authorities" within the Voynich community while also posting it here. If anyone tried to take credit for it, there would be enough evidence just by inspecting the emails and their timestamps.
I'd also like to point out that a solution will most definitely build on other peoples work. Now we are not talking about the average crackpot theories out there. We are of course talking about things like the carbon dating, the EVA, the strange behaviour of voynichese, etc. While you don't necessarily have to use EVA, it would be unnecessary to reinvent the wheel, especially if you want to get a point across to other researchers who use EVA.
