I have made a small comparison between the description of the universe from it and the Rosettes.

Which tubes do you have in mind? The pillars supporting the earth are located at the corners.
And it is immense cosmic winds that act as invisible pillars. Enoch describes seeing the "cornerstone of the earth" and the four principal winds that bear both the earth and the solid vault of heaven.
However, that is merely the firmament above the earth; the celestial spheres lie beyond that firmament.
The waves near the bridges between the Rosettes may symbolize the Ocean — in fact, an abyss, but depicted as primordial waters. In this abyss lies the land. Castles and walls symbolize God’s limitation of the Ocean.
Yes, this concerns the outer boundary between divinely organized space and chaos.
The canvas above the island is a mirror of the celestial vault. Onion‑shaped towers — the foundations of Sky.
This is the highest sphere, where the divine presence resides. Everything depicted on the rosettes lies above the earthly firmament. Beyond the earthly firmament come the individual levels of the heavens and the celestial vault.
It is not, therefore, a matter of the "foundation of the sky," but rather of the "foundation of the celestial sphere."
The chimneys in the T‑O map can symbolize wind tubes (or, more precisely, wind routes).
That is quite a good definition; it represents the connection between the celestial vault and the earthly realm, through which divine (angelic) forces act upon the earth. It encompasses winds and weather, as well as cold, humidity, heat, and, in fact, all occurrences on earth.
