I have read your theory of text being Bavarian dialect with interest.
Could You please share a translation of a single sentence from the manuscript to demonstrate how the text can be read in that language?
My scepticism is simple- if the text is Bavarian we would expect thousands of times sets of short words (or symbols) corresponding to "der"," die", "das" articles. These articles appear in all old German texts without exception.
