I’ve looked through the file. It’s interesting and detailed, but for the most part, I didn’t learn anything new about VBM.

The VBM cipher is much simpler than the Naibbe cipher.

I don’t know how many symbols you have in your cipher alphabet, but it seems to me that they’re roughly on the same level. For Naibbe, you need to constantly throw cards; for VBM, you need to manipulate the alphabet.
