If you want to add a prefix to a German word that doesn’t contain a ‘v’ at the end, the prefixes to use are ‘ver-’ and ‘vor-’. The letter ‘v’ is also rarely found in German words.
Unlike ‘Ein-’, ‘Aus-’, ‘Auf-’, ‘Zu-’, etc.
