Why and how the text could be Bavarian

I think the ultimate test is if someone can give a coherent reading of some longer text or not.

We can talk forever about Italian masters, Quattrocento, Ghibelin merlons, grammatics of Bavarian, Slovenian and Irish and so on but without reading the text it will remain speculations.

I wonder if JoJo_Jost will try to read something or will he say like some others "I identified the language for you, now let someone do the boring job"
