This looks very much like copy-paste from ChatGPT or similar.. it cannot be used like this, it does not produce trustworthy output.

2. Compare visual elements to decoded descriptions
   
3. Verify anatomical claims against anatomy texts
   
4. Cross-reference treatment sequences with period medical texts
   

If I'm pattern-matching, it should fail on the next page, show inconsistencies, have wrong day counts, or anatomical errors.
It doesn't.
The probability calculation just shows this level of consistency across 7 pages in 7 days is statistically impossible by random chance.
