I agree. We are from different countries with different native languages and different level of German. What is obvious for you may be not obvious for someone else.

Don't worry, I am completely calm. Even when I had not the time to (de-)construct some strange understandings.

Der Geiz mich tribuliert -> the stinginess is tormenting me,
Der Hochmut ("Hoffart" is outdated) mich ärgert ("vexiert" is outdated) -> the pride/arrogance annoys me,
Der Neid ließ mir keine Ruh' -> the envy is not leaving me in peace.
You see even the different letters ß = sz in "ließ", and the tz in Geitz in your own picture.
"Death" is mentioned in the line above.
So in a row of Death, stinginess, pride, and envy: which one is the goat?

I saw such a "run" against T. Timm here some time before. He was just texting a sober reply, not everybody likes that "tone" if it is contradicting the latest idea.
But I found it more helpful not to get lost in wrong understandings. -

Take a look at this manuscript, it was also produced in Nürnberg, and also at the same time as Hans Folz was composing his Fastnachtspiele (and also decades later than the carbon dating of the VMS):

It's a Hartmann Schedel MS, with drawings and commentary by the master himself. Some elements, once again, surprisingly remind one of the VMS:
Now let's look at another MS from the collection of Hartmann Schedel, also produced at the same time as the previous MS:

Very nice .. . One the first zodiac sign there's also the bird shape... From memory that three line shape is Mercury but sure someone will correct me..
On the Schedel, I've lost countless hours looking at him and the links with Padua . It's as persuasive as Hartlieb honestly, which alas also fails...
Edit: apparently it's conjunction of the luminaries, which is what the middle box actually says.. -

It turns out, that our second Hans (Hans Folz) probably knew Hartmann Schedel personally. He worked with one of his friends directly on at least one manuscript. -

Hey, you posted it upside down!
It has some similarity to Voynich but the stars there aren't hold by persons. The stars are well... the sphere of stars and personages are some clerical characters on one side and different types of angels by Pseudo Dionisus ( You are not allowed to view links.
