Another interesting one is 072r3:05:06, which has EVA-h with a macron-like shape. Along with others, it suggests that ch and Sh may be ligatures and that the cap (shaped like a curved macron) can be above one or the other side (in other words, the horizontal position of the cap might represent a difference in meaning rather than just being handwriting variation):
