As I've said many times, I don't believe there's anything to read in the Voynich Manuscripts. There's no language, nothing hidden or encrypted. Just configurations of astronomical signs that have some astrological meaning.
I believe this because of the shape of the glyphs and especially because the images show the astral influence on the herbs. The solution to the Voynich is not in the script; it's in the message of its images. -

There have been many others before you who have searched for clues in the images... However, if you believe, then do it

No matter how difficult the imagery of the Voynich may be, one cannot stop trying to make sense of it. And there will always be an interpretation that is more probable than others.
Let us look at the tubes. In some zodiac signs, female figures are inside tubes. For example, in Pisces, within the inner circle, the figures appear emerging from tubes that are lying on their sides. These tubes feature the same decorative dot pattern as the tubes on folio f78r, where female figures are seen beneath them in pools.
Strange as it may seem, the most plausible interpretation is that the female figures have passed through those tubes—that the figures themselves are the very fluid flowing through the tubes, representing the astral influence of the zodiac.
Some might hold a different interpretation, but any alternative must be consistent with the fact that we are dealing, first and foremost, with a herbal—and that there is a section featuring roots and leaves alongside luxurious vessels. This indicates that those herbs possess certain virtues—whether medicinal or magical—derived from astral influence, according to medieval thought. -

The tubes are an essential part of the Voynich because, for its authors, astral influence is channeled through them.
When we see female figures inside tubes holding stars in certain zodiac signs, what this actually signifies is that the stars themselves are the ones inside the tubes. In medieval cosmology, these stars occupy the outermost sphere, separated from one another yet filling the entire sphere; they are kept apart by the tubes through which they channel their influence.
On the Rosettes page—a vision of the medieval cosmos—we see tubes in the central sphere and in another of the spheres. In reality, it is the entire universe that is traversed by those tubes. The authors did not need to fill every sphere with them; it was enough to simply suggest it. -

I have argued on several occasions that the Rosettes foldout is a superb representation of the medieval cosmos. Two main elements confirm this: first, the nine circles—or rather, nine spheres—comprising the sphere of the fixed stars, the spheres of the planets (including the Sun and the Moon), and finally the sphere of the Earth, which appears alongside the T-O map in the upper right-hand corner, featuring a drawing of a castle. The second element confirming this is the central sphere of the fixed stars, featuring ornate vessels similar to those found in the pharmacy section—a metaphor for astral influence on medicinal herbs.
There is an alternative interpretation of the Rosettes foldout. Some maintain that it is a map, and various locations on Earth are proposed. I believe this stems from a misinterpretation of the drawing—which depicts a high wall, what appear to be cliffs, and small houses clinging to the faces of those cliffs. While this seems to describe real places, it is actually a metaphor intended to convey the idea of Earth as a sphere suspended in space, just like the other spheres. The entire image is a representation of the skies. -

We need only look at the color used: almost exclusively blue. In the Middle Ages, the color blue was seen as a property of the sky. There was no scientific theory like the one we have today. That is why we see blue in the Rosettes, just as we do on other cosmological pages of the codex.
On some spheres, we also see a yellow-orange color where the author has placed stars—a choice consistent with the appearance of the sky at dawn and twilight. -
