I coded her approach into an efficient program - basically take her first page - to populate the cipher, then apply it to the rest of the script and run an optimizer to fill the gaps. In my opinion this does not work / check out. It did not produce any useful results. Also in my opinion underlying language is German not Latin. Also too many gaps. Also the Dalai Lama angle and her devotion to him and then the book being magically about Tibet - well is a bit of a stretch in my opinion.
