The Turkish words for "Oxatan" (Gemini or Sagittarius) vary across different dialects written as "Oğatan", "Oğultan" or "Oxatan". In some regions, the name OXATAN is used to mean "Sagittarius".

Note: It can be said that some of the circular drawings in the form of a badge-like (rosette) were made mostly to entertain pregnant women or young girls, (that is for entertainment purposes in general). I think they were turning it by placing some kind of arrow/stick/or a pointed object like a pencil in the middle of the circle. They were having fun reading the line on which this arrow-shaped piece of stick stood (the writings from the outermost ring of the badge inward and below/in line with the arrow-shaped stick). These parts in this particular page must be giving young girls information about the zodiac sign of their future husbands or their children, etc. So, we can think of these badge-like parts as a kind of fortune-telling and/or form of entertainment.
The author conveys some serious information on many subjects such as plants, medicines, health, and especially to women (especially pregnant women and newly married couples) and farmers on many pages of the book. The writing of this kind of info in the VM pages has been probably more informative. However, I think it can be said that the badge-like pages were for entertainment purposes and to entertain women in order not to be boring with serious information.
