Voynich anagramming

Voynichese still dominates all other languages, based on how many anagram groups are found.
The next highest in the list are Hebrew, Persian and Arabic.

This reminds me somehow of the hypothesis of Hauer and Kondrak:

The language of the manuscript is most likely Hebrew, with the individual words being anagrams with missing vowels.

Maybe they only came up with Hebrew because it simply has the most anagrams after the VMS
