Some time ago I went through all the plant drawings in the herbal and botanical sections to try to match up illustrations. I made about 108 matches. I have split them up over the following posts.

What I have yet to finish is producing a spreadsheet that lists each pair of images matched to each other with the various pages and locations they are on, which would included the rows and columns within the page for botanical drawings. And against each pair of the match the associated label or other text.

These are Matches 1 to 10

I don't know what to say to that.
I am not criticising the idea or the work as such.
But I do object to the way it is presented.
What do you expect? Do you want me to sort out the picture salad for you?
The characteristics are not recognisable at a glance. Everything is simply too big.
I have already decided not to follow this work any further.
It's also this kind of work that doesn't get us anywhere, if only because it's not interesting.
But a good example of how not to do it.
