This is a different kind of match than "intersection" matches though, so it might operate by different principles.

Edit: I'll just keep adding the link a bit longer You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.
I think that match was already on my list under number "92". Have I missed something?
Have you checked first that they are not already in my collection of plant matches?

Register or Login to view.Since it didn't take long to get 4 people to work on this, then once one more person starts responding, we may want to add one or more additional columns. 5 including Mark would be a pretty small sample.

Getting more than a few people to actually fill something in can be surprisingly hard. Many either don't care enough or feel like they're in no position to contribute. But I added some more columns: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.

It would be good to add two columns to the spreadsheet, one for each side of the match such as "f90r" and "f90v[1, 1]" as that information is very useful for linking rows up and then if we can all fill those in that would help.(This information is useful also for performing an "Inner Join" on the spreadsheet as we may sometimes have two [or more?] separate matches between the Herbal plant and the small botanical plants and we might want to link them all together such as a match for the root and a match for the leaf.)

Adding a column for a note regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the match could be interesting.

Adding two columns one for each corresponding EVA text for each side of the match would be nice.( So this would be a short EVA text string for a label and a long EVA text string in the case of a herbal plant description. This could be done as a link to a separate table/spreadsheet for EVA text).
Mark, I see that you have just started with the spreadsheet. Do you still want to finish it ? Otherwise the results would be distorted Wink

Yes, but I missed 92.

You can also add the one with human faces in roots: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. - f89r1[3,2] faces in roots, it is quite a distinctive feature.

Suggestion for Koen: A column for folio numbers would be helpful. I'll add those that I have listed already.

Sorry, I will finish it soon.

My feeling is that Mark cast a very wide net initially, and about half of his proposals make little sense to me: in fact, it will hinder any attempts with unnecessary distractions. (For example there is a block of six proposals near the bottom where all respondents so far answered 0). Since he has been very thorough though, his list does include most older proposals I remember, as well as a couple of viable new ones, so it is a good basis to start an investigation.

I unlocked the whole sheet, so if anyone wants to go ahead and add any information already, that is fine for me. To me it would feel like a bit of a waste of time right now, since we will have to whittle down the selection first.

I think have included that as number "104"
