The text in Czech is available on the mentioned website. At a meeting on deciphering the Voynich manuscript on February 8, 2023, Czech scientists said that they are preparing to publish rules of grammar, spelling, an abecedary and a dictionary so that everyone can read the VM. They also announced that they would soon present and publish on their website a unique discovery from the 15th century certifying the origin of the VM in Prague.

I found the translation of 82r in Czech, but I don't understand which labels correspond to which translations.

I wonder how he comes to think that page 83v has anything to do with marital contraception.
There is no reference to it.

On page 83V, marital contraception in the form of sheep casings is recommended, the casing should always be knotted and then burned in a fire.

hmmm, maybe with a lot of imagination.
I still understand the knot. If you didn't tie one, the piece of intestine would just be a tube.
But how do you come up with fire? I can't see anything of that.

In this way, it will be easy to compare your proposals with those of others.

As I see page 83v.
I think this is about the opium poppy.
On You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. you can see its capsules with the emerging seeds. This was used to make a potion for anesthesia, or in beef fat as a local anesthetic for the nerve tips of the skin. This is known well before 2000 years.

Further, you have to look at the lying women in the VM. One does not have to assume that they are dead, perhaps they are under anaesthesia.
It is also worth knowing that many have died during this application. Too high a dose leads to paralysis of lung activity and death by asphyxiation.
This has long been used in surgery and wound treatment.
As an example, the alpine poppy. It too has a high content of morphine (morphine).

Speculation:
Interestingly, the alpine poppy occurs precisely where I also suspect the origin of VM. ( See picture ).
Possibly this was a reason for concealing the fact that no one was supposed to know. After all, the coveted plant grows right on the doorstep.

Here I present some results of Czech scientists regarding the decryption of VMs on the web You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.
I'm not a member of their team, so I don't know the details of the decryption. I believe that the correctness of the interpretation can be judged primarily by historians specializing in the 15th century in Bohemia, i.e. Charles University, King Wenceslas IV, the Catholic Church, the Hussites, etc.
On page 83V, the contraceptive casing is clearly visible in the illustration - intestine, which clarifies the detailed medical description.
Short caption for Figure 83V:
1) Catch in the intestine
2) I recommend burning it

That's good to know that you're not part of the research team.
Some of the work, such as "Berta von Rosenberg" and something about a "heraldic animal" on page 116-VM, bears the handwriting of Prof. Josef Zlatoděj.
By the way, Berta was the aunt of Elisabeth (Eliska).
I am not allowed to write any further.
@Koen......minus and minus = plus.
