The others are normal final "s" written more or less as a Greek sigma, but very often looks more like B or 8.

So "compositas" seems much more likely to me: "r" is different and unambiguous. Accusative plural seems correct: "intendo ponere medicinas inusitatas compositas ad egritudinem". There is also "compositarum" on the 2nd line.
