That only shows that the Scribe who put the text to vellum was European.
It does not even imply that the VMS was written in Europe.
That internal evidence says nothing about the Author (who chose the contents, devised the alphabet, drafted the text, etc.) While the Scribe may have been the Author himself, there is some evidence that they were distinct persons, and that the Scribe knew the alphabet but did not understand the text.

Seriously, no, I do not think the Author was a Muslim or a native Arabic speaker, or that the language is Arabic. And I believe that the nymphs are just decoration, entirely a contribution of the Scribe, inspired perhaps by some You are not allowed to view links.
