  I think those are just hatching to indicate rough or hairy skin.  Compare with the roots of f1v, f23r, and f54r.

  Let's entertain the idea that there could be a tiny chance for some of the hash marks to be actual letters. 
  
  The letter sequence atiba is close to أطباء (atibbā) which means physicians (or healers, plural) in Arabic.

  If we entertained it, the "t" would have to be an "f". Generally "t" isn't much higher than "a" and not higher than "b", or with a curved top

  It could also be a lowercase 'f' letter indeed. My guess that it could be a lowercase 't' letter was based on the observation that the vertical stem does not extend below the baseline of the adjacent letters. 
  
  The Gothic style is characteristic for the tall stem (ascender) of the 't' letter. Also, the cross stroke of the 't' letter was low in the You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. style which became common later in the 16th century.

  The letter sequence ritieses appears to be the Spanish Pretérito Imperfecto (te ritieses, Imperfect Past) of the verb retirse (to retire).
