Moving on, I’ll try to explain it as clearly as possible. Using two dictionaries and Google, and always aiming for perfect spelling wherever possible.
The aim is for everyone to be able to understand and follow what’s happening and how it’s structured, and even to form sentences if they wish.
It doesn’t get any better than this.
This cannot be captured in the statistics in this way, as ‘4’ = (qu) and is therefore already a combination. In addition, ‘o’ is a single character. There are also three other combinations.

Okay, let’s do it without statistics if you don’t like them .
You say “aiin” is “utis” and its variations? That piqued my interest. I therefore counted the endings you appear to be treating as variants, purely as letter sequences and irrespective of grammatical context.
Percentage of all words/tokens in the Latin corpus that end with this sequence of letters.
-itis 354 0.277%
-atis 314 0.246%
-etis 317 0.248%
-ati 196 0.153%
-iti 66 0.052%
-otis 48 0.038%
-uti 39 0.031%
-oti 29 0.023%
-utis 23 0.018%
-eti 15 0.012%
so: In my Latin biblical corpus they occur in 1.10% of all word tokens combined.
As an independent check, I ran exactly the same count on the Latin ITTB corpus (334,471 alphabetic word tokens, largely Thomas Aquinas). There they account for only 0.643%.
Total “aiin” sequence in the VMS: approx. 3,948 occurrences 10.2 % (!!!) of the tokens
Show me a reasonably sized continuous Latin text in which these endings even reach 3% of all word tokens. -

I thought that someone posted a clip from a manuscript in Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, or French. But I cannot find that post, so I may have hallucinated again.
Just in case, let me note that "que" is a very common word in those languages -- as a pronoun like "what" or "who" or "that", or a conjunction like "that".
"Quiero que hables" = "I want that you speak"
"Le livre que tu lis" = "The book that you are reading"
"Que sera, sera" = "Whatever will be, will be"
"El hombre que se fue" = The man who left"
"No sè per què" = "I don't know why"
Etc. -

Are you talking about a passage from the Bible?
No, that was just a part of it: 7,343 verses, ~127,600 words.
I took now the entire Bible (printed in 1454) 35.811 Verse, 612.005 Words

Nothing changes.
And 334.471 words, mostly Thomas Aquinas (as a “learnblock”), i.e., 13th-century medieval Latin.
Those are the two corpora I have readily available at the moment.

What kind of Latin are you looking for?
But as I said, it would be easier if you gave me an example where the frequency of the glyph sequence you mentioned reaches 10 percent—or even just three...
Because no matter what I give you, you won’t accept it.
So I could give you 1,000 counterexamples, and even then it wouldn’t be conclusive for you.
In short: You should just provide me with a text where your assumption holds true, because so far it doesn’t look good for your “aiin.”
