In fact it's probably roar with an ink-blobbed "r".

The Voynich MS was written in ANCIENT Hebrew, there is only ancient Hebrew in the transliteration of the translation; because it is Old Hebrew.
This is the Compass Rose, and you read it just as you would a Compass Rose....North is written as "ottez", South is located directly under North and is written, "da"; East is written, "ade"; and West is written, "ora". True story.
I know where this map came from and I know where it leads to. Because I can read this document.

Ok Rebekah, i can see Poar in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. 3. Clear as day. I can even see the father and mother names you describe. I trust someone knowledgeable in Hebrew will confirm these words mean as you define them. These seem like the standard alphabet we use in English though, not Hebrew.

This is ANCIENT Hebrew that was LOST by us as a Human Family; so you have to take care when comparing the new to the old. The alphabet that the Voynich MS was written in is located in the circle on Folio 57v. and again on Folio 66r. It's the Alphabet and it's obvious.

Rebekah Wrote:Because it is written in ancient Hebrew I totally recognize some of the words, like; on Folio 68?v. pull-out, the first circle on the left has 2 words separated by a line. the word on the left is: atta-dae; which means "father-?"; the other word is: aphe-caedd; which means "mother-?". In fact, the entire Folio 68v. pull-out, is the young man' entire FAMILY Geneology. You will find the young man's name listed with his brother's and sister's name's under the words mother and father...his name was Poar!
