I am not sure, because I have not seen the original publicatiom, but there seems to be an edition of the German JdR text, see the Handschritencensus Literatur

Die Kunst wie das die armen mögen ohne grosse Kosten gebranten Wein machen.
Wie man das fünfte Wesen von allen Früchten, Blumen und Wurzeln ziehen soll.
Wie man das fünfte Wesen erkennen soll was das beste ist und was man damit machen soll.
