In my opinion keerodal can be read as muro8ai and can correspond to the Byzantine Greek word μυρωδίαι, plural of μυρωδία (μυρωδιά, μερωδία), coming from ancient Greek μυρώδης

Forgive my ignorance, but how can you go from a word in EVA (which implies no real-world letters/phonetics) to Greek (or any other real language)? (I might just be missing some obvious implied steps due to my inexperience - and perhaps through not having properly read the whole thread, which is quite long and a little perplexing to me).
