In my opinion, any theory published on any forum, by definition, contains uncertainties.

You right. But the peculiarity of language theories is that they are often based on biased assumptions. A proponent of the conditional Turkish theory will focus on confirming his theory, and so will a proponent of the Arabic theory. Each of them is likely to be able to obtain a meaningful result in the desired language.
But none of their solutions will be correct.
