I read this word as ofskol(a,oi)89 and I will try to read the combination fsh as psi:

• ὀψητήρ = ἑψητήρ – dish or pan for boiling;
  
• ἀψῠθής = ἀφευδής – without deceit, truthful, esp. of oracles and the like; of things, uncorrupt, pure from all deceit;

• άψητος (gr.) – uncooked, undercooked, under baked, etc.; (figuratively) naive, inexperienced.
