It is better to be registered there, than ignored.
Note- there are words in the manuscript from 4 Languages. It is not only Czech Moravian. Star names are Arabic. Some of the medical terms are German and there is a forth language too.

I think an old Moravian dialect is a reasonable candidate for the mystery language of the Voynich Manuscript.  It may include some words from other languages.  Languages often adopt words from other languages.

I am not convinced that the Voynich Manuscript was ever owned by Emperor Rudolf II.  That claim could have been a misunderstanding or a boastful invention to inflate the value of the book.

Jacobus de Tepenecz could have acquired the Voynich Manuscript in Moravia where he was from.  Maybe he could read it.  Maybe he couldn't.  It would have already been an antique by the time he was born.  Maybe he received it as a gift.  Maybe it was something that he saw as a child and coveted and he purchased it as soon as he had the means.
