Oops, no, no, sorry for the confusion. My announcement has nothing to do with page f116v.
Back in ~2000 I thought that You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. could be an anagram, but gave up on that idea not long after that, for several reasons. My current explanation for that "michiton" text is the one I already said a couple of times: there was Voynichese text on that page, but it got washed out by a large water infiltration (spill of rain), quite visible in the UV image (and no other); and by the careless wiping off of the same. What we see today is a pathetic attempt by the Spiller and/or the Owner reconstruct the lost text -- as Latin script, because they did not know an i of Voynichese.
