I believe this solution is actually compatible with Torsten Timm.
The author was inventing words and altering them.

By the way I see some subtle hints that the author could invent these names while thinking of real stars - Saturn, Antares, Arcturus, Capella, Canopus, Sirius...
Or am I getting paranoid?
