Stumbled on these in cooking recipes today, thought may be of interest.

*** However this page is judged to be mid-15c. It is contained within the recipe folios.  
"Note: Judging by the handwriting, the bound texts mostly date from the 16th century. The manuscript could not have been finally bound until after 1636 (cf. fol. 187r). The collection of recipes, subsequently given the title "An Old Cookbook," appears to date from the mid-15th century."
