There probably are at least 310 small bumps in the 4th layer from the top of the roundel in the lunar folio (shown as red spots).
An exact count cannot be obtained due to ink spill in some parts of said layer and a partial fusion of bumps with the depiction of the person on the left.   

After including the questionable cases, there are at least 310 and probably no more than 320 visible small bumps in the 4th layer from the top of the roundel in the lunar folio (shown as red spots).

Also, the total number of bumps in the 3rd layer from the top of the roundel (second fence, shown as blue spots) is exactly 55 = 5 × 11 bumps.
