How does the VMs word count fit over the Biblical quotation when comparing the various linguistic possibilities.

What else can serve as a basis for comparison? Do words repeat?, and do repeating words form a pattern?

The block paradigm <IIUC> is a pattern of long and short lines as they occur on a page of text. Word patterns within a text segment are another matter relating to internal structure.
