I don't know if you have read into the book yet, but there is a whole section of the book with translations (complete sentences and paragraphs, see part 3), and (coincidence?) a translation of the middle ring of folio 71 r.

What percentage of the total text do you claim to have translated?
I have a translation test that I wouldn't mind carrying out on you. Although if you have numerous readings of the same word then it probably wouldn't work.
