No doubt this type of sensationalism is found in other fields too, but I feel that it's even worse when it comes to the Voynich Manuscript, as there seems to be almost no other type of coverage. It's especially disappointing coming from publications which specialise in these sort of topics and usually have a higher standard of expertise and research.
