Agree with you mostly, but... Another problem is that the tubes were supposedly connected to the liver. And the whole issue of the uterus having "horns", which we do not see here.
The drawing in the Voynich shows the tubes as branching into smaller tubes on either side of the central figure; the right side tube branches out again near the supposed ovary.
This cannot be accounted for based on the idea of the "horned uterus". Why would the tubes branch out three times in addition to their connection to the ovaries?
