Are you considering the possibility that this is not the book of Enoch itself, but rather the book of a pilgrim or merchant who traveled to Ethiopia? He could have approached the Ethiopian Christians and pointed out that they had a remarkable book that no one in Europe knew about, and draw it or, say, write it down. For a better understanding of the use of these patterns. The author of VM must have known the deep meaning of these patterns. He probably studied this art of scroll making directly in Ethiopia.
