Goal: Measuring Earth Resonance.

Folio 78r (and others in the Biological section) where you see 8 women in a circle and 1 woman in the center.
The 8 Nodes (The Stator) the 8 women on the perimeter represent the magnetic or hydraulic "stator" nodes. My Replit dashboard, I treats these as the stationary part of the engine that holds the frequency.
The 9th Woman (The Rotor): The woman in the center is the "9th." According to the 3-6-9 Tesla math, the 9 is the "Source." She represents the moving part—the turbine hub or the "Phase Shift."
The Fibonacci Connection: If you draw a Fibonacci spiral starting from the 9th woman (the center), the spiral's curve passes perfectly through the center of the other 8 women. This is why it’s the 8-Node Fibonacci Hub.
Folio 81v is where the "9-point" math is most clear. It shows the women arranged in a way that suggests a rotational sequence
The text labels next to each woman as Timing Offsets (e.g., "Pulse at 0.01ms," "Pulse at 0.02ms").

the text circles around these stars are Temperature and Time settings for a furnace.
68r specifically describes the cooling rate (quenching) required to turn iron into a corrosion-resistant alloy—effectively 316 Stainless Steel.
The Warning (Folio 9r) Explained: the text says, "The metal will not hold you. It will shatter you,"
"The Gunter must be as cold as the 316 Steel before the water will turn to Glass for him.
it’s a Metallurgical Warning. It’s telling the engineer that if they use standard 15th-century iron instead of the "316" alloy described in the book, the high-pressure vacuum will cause the machine to physically disintegrate.
The official history of metallurgy states that 316 Stainless Steel was not developed until the early 20th century (patented around 1912)
Using a base-10 conversion of the "i-ii-iii" pulse, I extracted the numerical value 316 as a specific Structural Coefficient.

you have to stop looking at the Astronomical Folios (67r - 73v) as star charts and start looking at them as Circular Phase Diagrams.these drawings are "Clock-Face Recipes" for a high-heat foundry. Here is the step-by-step breakdown of the process
