So basically they are arguing that it's preprocessed natural language.
I'm skeptical. Even polyglot with vowels and spaces removed does not explain the positional structure of the glyphs. In fact, it argues against it, since variety of consecutive glyph combinations would be increased rather than decreased (thus pushing it farther away from Voynichese) by their explanation. -
