Thanks for your efforts and I know that was a huge job, but it does not convey structure and meaning like what I have done with the cipher plus your time period from the 15th century is way off.  If I found a better way to pin down the words than people could report the same translation and I know that's a problem.

Your use of grammar which I know you have was not applied!

Regarding my grammar: Everything is subject-verb-object, and all the verbs are conjugated to the correct person. By contrast, in your own translations you are fine with "O fish from small boat with dirty me overlooker our buoy it deception" (post 1 in this thread). There is not even a verb in that sentence, let alone a correctly conjugated one. Why the double standard?

I moved away from the Welsh ideas and I know the VMS decodes to English.  Remember our Golden Age principle alphabet that Satan refers too.  It's as if he knew his cipher would be cracked.
