That screams a Slavic language.

I don’t know any Slavic languages where s would appear at the beginning of a line. And I don’t know any Slavic language whose alphabet includes a letter similar to s.

It is well documented that the Czech standalone character "s" translates to "with" in English.  A web search using the web search engine of your choice should produce multiple examples.  Or just use Google Translate.

Google Translate:
Je dobře doloženo, že české samostatně stojící písmeno „s“ se do angličtiny překládá jako „with“. Vyhledávání pomocí vámi zvoleného internetového vyhledávače by mělo přinést řadu příkladů. Případně můžete jednoduše využít Překladač Google.

And back again:
It is well-established that the standalone Czech letter "s" translates into English as "with." A search using your preferred internet search engine should yield numerous examples. Alternatively, you can simply use Google Translate.
