Voynich is encrypted ENOCH

[Radim Dobeš]

Thank you for the history lesson. I'm well aware that there were diplomats. I said almost no one. That is factually correct. My wider point stands that it's utterly pointless to encrypt a book from a language that very few people could read.

That, Ede, is a limited, materialistic view of a book containing mere images and text. But from the perspective of Renaissance and Baroque Hermeticists, the Book of Enoch represented primordial wisdom encompassing prisca theologia, prisca sapientia, and prisca philosophia, a primordial wisdom bestowed upon humanity by God. Scholars like Kircher were convinced that such wisdom was not meant for everyone. It was intended to be accessible only to the initiated. Hence its transformation into glyphs, a higher, harmonic language that transcends human speech.
