I agree, and even more strongly: in fact for any text (even a random one, and even the VMS) there exist a one-time-pad cipher key which, when applied, retrieves any other possible target text (with the same length). From this point of view 'gibberish' does not even exist.

However You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. does have a sense in normal speaking and, from this point of view, I think it makes sense to entertain the possibility, among many, that the VMS is, in fact, gibberish.
