I decided to conduct an experiment based on several initial assumptions and objectives:
• To apply certain principles from *Arca Steganographica* (A. Kircher)
• To apply certain principles from *Polygraphia Nova* (A. Kircher)
• To apply these principles to the VOYNICH–ENOCH hypothesis
• To use a semantic-grammatical model for the machine translation of the VOYNICH MANUSCRIPT
General procedure of this semantic-grammatical model:
• Reduction of each concept to its purely semantic basis (root)
• Assignment of a unique code to this basis (root)
• Assignment of a grammatical component to the semantic basis (modifiers)
• Transcription into the corresponding EVA form (glyphs)
How this would look in a practical demonstration using encryption slats:
Example 1:
Input text:
God sent light to people.
Wisdom comes from heaven.
Classification layer
DIVINITY → DAI
SEND → CHOL
LIGHT → QOK
HUMAN → SHE
WISDOM → CTH
COME → QOT
HEAVEN → OTE
EVA Generation
DAI + aiin → qodaiin
CHOL + dy → choldy
QOK + aiin → qokaiin
SHE + dy → shedy
CTH + aiin → cthaiin
QOT + dy → qotedy
OTE + ey → oteey
Output EVA text
qodaiin choldy qokaiin shedy
cthaiin qotedy oteey
Note:
Depending on the selection of preferred families (or sets of encryption strips), various outputs can be generated—for example, "Currier A" and "Currier B." This translation method would, to a certain extent, accommodate inputs from different languages, thanks to a semantic classification layer (e.g., inputs in Ge'ez, Old Church Slavonic, Latin, Greek, or Arabic).
Example 2:
Based on the VOYNICH–ENOCH hypothesis, I have prepared texts from folio f46r.
Text from folio You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. in a modern English translation (an excerpt)
I will attempt to use Copilot M365—following the same procedure—to convert a larger portion of the text into an EVA transcription. This is not a translation, but rather a demonstration of the system.
Input text:
Folio You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. – modern English translation (excerpts for demonstration)
Observe the heaven, ye children of heaven,
and every work of the Most High,
and fear ye Him.
If He closes the windows of heaven,
and withholds the rain and the dew,
what will ye do then?
And see ye not the sailors of the ships,
how their ships are tossed to and fro by the waves,
and are shaken by the winds.
Classification Layer (Proposed Variant)
DEITY / MOST HIGH → DAI
HEAVEN / HEAVENS → QOK
SEA → OTE
WATER → OKE
MOVEMENT / CHANGE → QOT
REVERENCE / FEAR → SHE
COMMAND / LAW → CTH
ACTION / DEED → PCH
FORCE / WIND → CHCKH
WISDOM / KNOWLEDGE → YK
Modifiers (Proposed Variant)
aiin = primary form
dy = action / process
ar = relationship
ol = object
ey = state
eedy = intensified form
Generated EVA-like version You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (unoptimized sample)

Conclusion:
This experiment - a demonstration has shown that it is possible to generate text with a structure similar to EVA using a system based on principles found in *Arca Steganographica* (A. Kircher) and *Polygraphia Nova* (A. Kircher).
Furthermore, this system can be implemented using basic equipment available in the 16th and 17th centuries. There is no need for complex systems or powerful computers; tables, strips (slats), paper, and a pen are sufficient.
To a certain extent, the system is independent of the input language. Similar results can be obtained even if the input text is converted into Latin.
Using this method, multiple scribes could work from different locations, potentially even utilizing different sets of strips and tables.
