On the next page, from the diagram of urine formation (or urination, or something else), on f79v, we can see an analogue — the act of defecation/digestion.

While reading about anatomy in Galen’s conception, I learned that the liver was considered to be connected to the heart. Apparently, digested food from the stomach goes to the liver, where it turns into blood and then goes to the heart. I thought this was an interesting comparison, but I didn’t understand why a mouth was drawn at the top and tubes at the bottom...
However, one of these reservoirs looks very much like a real liver, and that’s the only thing I can say for sure about the scheme…
