Arguments against this hypothesis:
.) All marginalia follow a similar style and were probably created by the same person.
.) The color annotations are in a very similar hand in my view were made by the same person who wrote the marginalia.
.) The marginalia are accompanied by drawings that match the quire and even bifolio style (except You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. as Q20 only has stars, but the drawings also match the overall VM style).
All this points to the marginalia author being the VM artist.
