I wonder how people would put on those blouses (like the white one on the young man at right):

• The collars were actually wider than what is shown.
  
• The shirts were split and fastened in the back (like the green one at right) including the collar.
  
• The collars were knitted with an elastic weave.
  
• They put them on as babies and never took them off.
  
• Medieval sorcery.
