At this moment you are already unable in many cases to reconstruct the original word.
AEDM may come from MADE, DAME, MEAD or EDAM (kind of cheese).

If you add even more arbitrary changes destroying the original word it will be completely beyond recovery.

So the text would be kind of gibberish and your "corrupted cipher" would be in practice the same as gibberish generator.

Yes, you can't solve anagrams in their pure form. But they are more like... a bad cipher, not a "corrupted" one.
