Most dear Stellar, it looks as if dear Thomas has now shown that your system can generate any language including German or Chinese, not only the Welsh of dearest John Dee. Since you got what you requested, can you now please answer this part of his post, which I will copy  below:

Most dear Stellar, please look at the Chinese version, it seems that most dear Thomas has a source for every word, which means that he has proven your system can generate many languages, not Welsh alone
