I've responded to your PM but I'll also answer here. Your work contained hallucinations. So the LLM is clearly doing more than translating or formatting.
That is why we ban LLMs. It is not that we have strict standards. All current LLMs produce hallucinations and see things in the Voynich that are not there.
So I can't give you advice about formatting or the other matters because there is a more fundamental problem in that the LLM has poisoned your output. If you have work that you can separate from the LLM hallucinations, that would be the way to go.
