I will accommodate whatever works best for you guys. If you send me a video, I will play it. If you prefer to present live with a slideshow, I will let you share your screen. Anything goes
In case you have any video, it would be better that I play it from my laptop, since this will also be the one recording the event, so then the video quality will be better. You can use WeTransfer or a private YouTube upload.
